We always check out properties prior to creating descriptions. This ensures that information provided on our website, marketing literature, and when given verbally is always accurate, honest and precise.
If a property has been on our books for a lengthy period of time, we will always conduct re-checks to ensure details and descriptions are still accurate and correct, and make any necessary amends across all documentation and advertising.
Our hand-picked team is made up of professionals who live locally and have an in-depth knowledge of the areas we cover. All of our team members are thoroughly trained and highly experienced. We don’t use ‘reps’ or ‘schemes’ to sell our properties. You will only ever meet and deal with our super-friendly, approachable and professional team of estate agents.
We would never claim to be a member of a trade association when we’re not, nor claim that a product or property had been approved by a public or private body when it had not.
Neither would we would hide or be misleading about any additional fees or demand money for a product or service that you hadn’t agreed to. When completing a let or a sale, we only ever ask you to produce relevant paperwork and we always treat this as highly confidential information.
We understand that some estate agents may give the impression that there is time-limited availability on a property or make you sign a contract on the spot to rush your decision. We never include misleading or hidden disclaimers in our small print asking you not to rely on any of the property information or descriptions we provide.
We never use ‘click bait’ to advertise our properties or market them at anything other than their true value, nor run dishonest sales or discounts. If we run competitions our prizes always exist and are awarded fairly.
We would never undertake an aggressive sales approach by hassling or harassing you or underhandedly appeal to children to persuade you, as their parents, to make a decision you wouldn’t have done so otherwise.
We are consistently open, honest and precise with our property information and descriptions provided in our marketing literature and on our website. This also applies to location and surrounding areas. Our photographs are never edited to create a misleading impression of a property, and internal and external measurements are always as accurate as can be.
Properties advertised as ‘New’ or ‘Just In’ are only be referred to as this for a realistic length of time. If a property is advertised with a parking space, we will ensure that you have the full right to access and utilise this legally.
We are always extremely careful not to mislead our customers on the price of a property. If a price is reduced, we will update all relevant advertising and documentation with this information. We would never advertise a property at its previous higher price, if it had since been reduced.
